General Terms & Conditions (GTC)

These General Terms & Conditions apply for the purchase of goods from the Weseta Textil AG range insofar as no other agreements have been made between the customer and Weseta Textil AG.

Weseta Textil AG’s current product range can be found at any time at, as well as in the company’s periodically updated brochures. This information is for description purposes only and is not of a binding nature.

The applicable price at the time the goods are ordered represents the binding price. VAT, a flat rate shipping fee depending on order volume and a small quantity surcharge (if applicable) are billed during invoicing. 

Orders made to Weseta Textil AG by phone, email etc. are binding. Orders can only be withdrawn by the customer in consultation with Weseta Textil AG.

Shipment takes place within a few days of receipt of the order.

The customer is required to pay the purchase price within 30 days of receipt of the goods. Late payments are subject to a reminder fee of CHF 20/EUR 15. A default interest rate of 5% is charged for outstanding payments.

The delivered goods remain the property of Weseta Textil AG until the client has paid the purchase price in full.

The customer is responsible for reviewing the goods for completeness and possible damage. Any damage must be reported in writing within eight days of receipt of the goods (by email or post to Weseta Textil AG).

Replacements can only be made in the event of manufacturing defects.

Goods that have been manufactured at the request of the customer (such as bath mats with custom dimensions or special productions of robes and bathrobes) cannot be replaced unless they demonstrate a clear manufacturing defect.

If goods have been delivered that do not correspond to the ordered dimensions or item numbers, Weseta Textil AG must be informed immediately.

Delivered goods can only be returned if they are unused and unwashed. Please review the delivered items before they are stored or washed.

Weseta Textil AG will offer a free additional delivery in the event of order information and shipment errors. If the customer is responsible for the error in the order, they are liable for the shipping costs of a new delivery.

If the item can no longer be delivered, the customer will receive credit from Weseta Textil AG amounting to the value of the goods. No credit is provided for shipping flat rates.

Returns are only possible after prior consultation with Weseta Textil AG and when a return number has been provided.

The contractual relationship with the customer is exclusively subject to Swiss law.
