Competition terms and conditions
1. General provisions
The competition is organised by Weseta Textil AG (hereinafter referred to as ‘Weseta’). By entering the competition, the user (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Entrant’) accepts these terms and conditions of participation.
2. About the competition
The competition is entered by following the process explained in the competition description.
The competition opening and closing times are specified in the competition description.
All natural persons resident in Switzerland, Germany or Austria who are aged 18 or over at the time of participation are permitted to enter.
4. Prizes and draw
The prizes that will be awarded are set out in the competition description. Winner(s) will be selected at random. In the case of creative questions or creative photo competitions, a jury may be appointed to choose the winner.
No correspondence will be entered into regarding the competition.
If a prize is not available or cannot be awarded for any other reason outside of the control of Weseta, Weseta reserves the right to substitute the prize with one or more alternative prizes of the same value.
Weseta reserves the right to verify the winner’s identity before issuing the prize.
5. Contacting winners
Winners will be notified by email. If the winner does not reply to Weseta by email within 10 working days, a new winner will be drawn.
6. Exclusion from participation
Employees of Weseta and all persons involved in the design and implementation of the campaign are excluded from participation. Entry via competition groups and automated competition services is not permitted. Weseta may exclude individual persons from participation where it has legitimate grounds to do so, such as a breach of the terms and conditions, attempted manipulation, etc., and reserves the right to take legal measures.
7. Right to cancel/change the campaign
Weseta may modify the campaign at any time. Weseta reserves the right to cancel the competition with good cause. In particular, the competition may be cancelled with good cause if it is no longer possible to guarantee the correct execution of the competition for technical or legal reasons.
All decisions are final. The place of jurisdiction is the location of Weseta’s registered office. Swiss substantive law will apply.
